Bahia Surf & Wellness Retreat 2027: this retreat follows its own booking and cancellation conditions, which replace the ones below. Save your spot with a €300 deposit; the balance can be paid in instalments until 31 December 2026. Payments are not refunded: if you cancel, the amount paid up to that moment is saved as credit to use within 12 months for any 70’s Surf Experience or Yogini Nomad experience. - Booking and Payment: Participants must book their spot in the retreat by completing the registration process and submitting full payment. Payment can be divided, but the totality of the retreat price must be paid before two weeks from the retreat start date.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation up to three weeks before the retreat: 30% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellation between 22 days and 60 days before the retreat: 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Refunds subject to third-party processing times.
- 90% refund available for cancellations made before 60 days of the retreat, unless otherwise stated.
- Substitutions: Participants may request to substitute another individual in their place for the retreat until up to two weeks before the retreat start date.
- Participant Autonomy: Participants are free to participate in any activities listed in the itinerary at their discretion. No one will be compelled to partake in activities they do not wish to engage in.
- Changes by Yogini Nomad: Yogini Nomad reserves the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, accommodations, or other aspects of the retreat as necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in a timely manner.
- Participant Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the duration of the retreat. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to others may result in the participant being asked to leave the retreat, with no refund provided.
- Liability Waiver: Participants are required to sign a waiver of liability prior to participating in the retreat, releasing Yogini Nomad from any responsibility for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the retreat.
- Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally capable of participating in the activities offered during the retreat. Yogini Nomad is not liable for any injuries or illnesses that may occur during the retreat.
- Insurance: Participants are advised to obtain travel insurance that includes coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the retreat takes place.
- Acceptance: By booking a spot in the retreat, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
